Happy Friday! I’m so happy that I’m back in the loop (I’ve missed blogging) and enough that I can share ten things with you. It’s been a long eight months as a mum (apparently, that’s my new title from my child.) I have learned so much and can’t wait to continue to share and grow in this space.

01. I’m into the illustration and type on the Frontend in Wonderland website. These colors are in my fall line palette that I can’t wait to share with you in two weeks.

02. These Pantone smoothies are so inspiring! I love things organized neatly and compared with colors are fantastic.

03. This is beautiful. I can’t even write words for the packaging design of Only Good. The colors, type, and simplicity all makes everything come together.

04. These ampersands. Chris Spooner knows how to find his way to my type heart.

05. I’m always drawn to the design work of Shauna from Nubby Twiglet/We Are Branch because of her adoration for black and white. These invites for her wedding anniversary party have me inspired in more ways than one.

06. I’m into Intro Rust so much. I really love the textured option of most typefaces and this is no different.

07. I totally have fallen in love with Mattieologie for her blog, fashion, and overall spirit. This look from her blog has been a favorite and my inspiration for casual fall looks. I’ve been throwing things out of my closet (bye maternity clothes) so I’m looking for inspiration for the capsule closet.

08. I’ve been looking for a simple sans serif this year and Bambino New is it for me. I can’t wait to use it in an upcoming brochure design. Doesn’t it just scream annual review? I think so…

09. Eleni was speaking to me when she put together this collection of black wall fixtures. I’ve been re-arranging things in our condo and I need a wall fixture…don’t I?

10. I always heard how annoying it was for kids to grow out of clothes quickly. Well, I have a very petite infant who takes her time growing into the next size. That definitely won’t stop me from trying these DIY onesies. Now I can put my sewing machine to good usage.

Hi friends! I shared a little snippet yesterday and today I’m excited to add three new prints to the shop. I’ve been holding in some creative ideas for the shop since the beginning of the year and these are just a little look into what I’ll be adding in the future. I’ve been testing a new brush and practicing some new things which I am so glad to share with you.

TGIF! I’m excited to share my first roundup of the year. I’ve decided to round up the amount of links I can find. Some weeks it’s hard to find 10 different things, especially when my time is limited. This week I have eight very inspiring things!

I am in love with this urban yoga photography project. This yogi is so talented and the poses she chooses in her environment are so inspiring.

I love silly Valentine’s Day cards and these cards by punnypixels are perfect for my designer and photographer friends.

I LOVE this new script by Sudtipos, one of my favorite font foundries. The curves are phenomenal and I can’t wait to add it to my type collection.

I’m sort of obsessed with beignets right now and this recipe by Club Narwhal is easy and hopefully delicious.

Grace Bonney always comes forward with thought-provoking articles for the community and this week, her article on copying and crediting was much needed. This has always been a hot topic in the creative community, especially online, and I think that a lot of Grace’s thoughts were on point.

We think a lot of times that creating a website is hard work. While it is hard to take the first step, you have to consider the maintenance that goes into keep a website alive. I loved the tips offered in this article on skills you need to maintain your website.

I love how talented Mike Lemanski is. This illustration for Evernote is amazing!

Speaking of gorgeous scripts, Smoothly is simple and adorable. It has such a great flow between its characters which attracted me to this typeface.

TGIF! I’m honestly happy to get this out today. I’m working on a new branding project so I’ll have a moodboard to share with you lovelies on Monday. On top of that, I’m finalizing the Studio 404 holiday line which will include some fun things! Let’s get started.

I am absolutely loving Selfie Script! Lian Types is always a favorite foundry of mine and I haven’t liked a script since True North’s script. Adding to my cart ASAP!

I’m adoring the work of Bethany Heck. She’s very clean and minimal which I have an issue with sometimes. The above invoice design is just a small example of her talents.

The cards over at Little Low Studio are absolutely adorable! I love the cute illustrations and bright colors. What’s not to love?

Since Angela released the Saffron Avenue shop, I’ve been eyeing this Like a Boss mug. I really shouldn’t buy any more mugs until I move into a bigger house but I feel like I need it.

The identity design of the People’s Church of Montreal by Graham Smith is gorgeous. I love working with bright colors in clean branding so this is right up my alley. All of the color options make me so happy!

Speaking of bright colors, this is part of the The Kitchen branding done by Moniker SF for Whole Foods. I loved this exploration of the type and layouts here, even in such a small snippet.

I love good honey packaging which is why the packaging for Good Mood Honey is awesome. It’s simple with cute phrases and keeping the product in mind.

Does the branding for Wilson Barbershop Shop need any explanation as to why it’s on this list? I didn’t think so!

I absolutely admire  Minna May. She’s totally amazing and these watercolor patterns need to be on notecards like yesterday.

I really saved my favorite for last. I have been so inspired by the work of James Graves with this new project I have. His style is right up the alley of what the client wants. While I’m not 100% talented like he is, I can take his work and stay inspired to do my best!

Losing talent is hard. There’s no better way to showcase Equip Slab today than to honor the late Robin Williams. His work has been such a large part of my childhood and I’m deeply saddened by his loss. May he rest in peace and his legacy will always be remembered.
