What personal data we collect and why we collect it
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. I only accept Paypal payments at this time. For eChecks through Paypal, items will be shipped as soon as the check clears.
I ship my prints from Celebration, Florida.
If the product is already available in the shop, I try to move have products printed within 2 business days after payment goes through. There might be delays as there are sometimes a lack of production materials, etc. I will be in touch with you if it delays your order substantially.
If you need your print prior to a certain time, please get in touch as soon as possible and let me know. We can expedite the process, upgrade the shipping (at a fee).
Express/Tracked Shipping Updates
Prior to shipment, you can ask me about an upgrade to a faster / tracked shipping option. I will give you the price of the upgrade and arrange a transaction. The feature of the upgrade depends on the countries and the print size.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will exchange your item(s) or refund your money (minus shipping costs) up to 14 days after you have received your order. You will be responsible for returning items in their original condition as well as return shipping costs.
Additional Policies and FAQs
Your items will be packaged safely and sent in excellent condition. If something happens to your package and your purchase arrives damaged, please contact me prior to leaving feedback so that we can begin working on a replacement for you, or we can discuss refunding your money. Any refunds or exchanges will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis, so for maximum satisfaction please contact me as soon as possible after receiving your item(s).
Please note that print colors may appear to be different than what is seen on your computer screen. I do my best at making sure that our monitor display is calibrated so that the images are the way we have intended the image to be. I can’t guarantee that your monitor will display the color correctly.
