Lettering Inspiration: Jessica of Coco & Mingo

I hinted to this post in this week’s Mail Drop and I couldn’t be any more excited to share! Over the past year, Jessica of Coco & Mingo has really become one of my favorite design/lifestyle bloggers. She incorporates minimal, beautiful design into every one of her posts. I’ve also fallen in love with her lettering. It’s her own signature style, although similar to some of my other favorite letterers, she’s made it her own. I took some time last night to try some brush lettering and definitely not as easy as it looks! Here are a few of my favorites from Jessica.

  1. Jessica’s work is so gorgeous! She ( and many others ) makes brush lettering look SO easy when in reality it’s quite difficult. I guess we just need to keep practicing, Angel!

  2. I love brush lettering when it’s thinner like this. The ever-so-trendy big, splotchy letters just aren’t for me. Thanks for sharing!
