Artist Showcase: Julie Luu

I spotted Julie Luu‘s work on the Denver Egotist and fell in love! Julie has quite an fun portfolio with great pieces and a wonderful outlook on design. I love what she says about design systems:

I believe that each design, no matter if it’s a logo or a website, all need to have a system to create order for the identity. Not only is there a system within the design, I believe that each design should have a timeless touch along with an elegant and classic feel.

My name is Angel Yarde. I am a designer, front-end developer, and speaker. I am the editor and designer of Studio 404 whic was founded in December 2006. In January 2014, I launched Studio 404 Paper, a paper shop which includes type-focused greeting cards, note cards, and prints. I currently reside in Celebration, Florida where I co-own a branding strategy studio, Sevenality, with my husband.
