Inspiration: Yelp Posters by Anna Hurley

Today’s post is courtesy of San Francisco based designer, Anna Hurley. It’s been quite some time since I featured an illustrator with the same retro style as Anna’s. Even so, Anna’s style is very unique and remnant of magazine advertisements from the 40’s, 50’s, and 60’s. I adore her use of slightly grungy textures while still executing a clean design. Anna has worked with several brands including blogger favorites Hello!Lucky and Yelp. The following is a series of posters Anna designed for several Yelp events. I have to say the pancake one is my favorite and that was a hard choice. Which is your favorite?
